Sager - Term Project Thoughts - BIM

For my term project, I am planning on focusing on BIM. Specifically, how BIM can be implemented better throughout every aspect of intelligent buildings. This being design, construction, management, maintenance. I currently plan on working alone through this assignment but if anyone is looking for a partner & interested in this topic as well, feel free to reach out to me and share ideas.
